Blood Sugar imbalance
Blood sugar imbalance, hypoglycaemia, pre-diabetes, diabetes are all presentations of when the body is unable to balance the levels of sugar in the blood which can lead to feelings of restlessness, dizziness, fatigue, irritability, ‘hangry’, weakened muscles, headaches, insomnia, mood swings, excessive hunger, etc.
It is important to have a diet that allows you to have regular intake of sugars into the diet that doesn’t generate high peaks and sudden crashes which will leave you feeling ‘unbalanced’. Taking the time in consultation to identify what changes you might be able to make to your own diet and lifestyle as well as gaining an understanding of how the body works with sugars to be able know how best to self-manage going forward.
