Payment terms

Payment at the time of booking your appointment is requested in full via BACS.   BACS details will be emailed to you.   If you are unable to pay via BACS please discuss when booking.

Important:   Should you need to change or cancel your appointment,  48 hours notice is required, except in exceptional circumstances.  Unfortunately the full fee will be taken if this notice period if not provided.
